App icons issue

Issue:

The icons of the subject_types in DEA look weird.

Environment:- app.rwb.avniproject.org
Org:- gdgs24uat

Steps to reproduce:-
We don't know the exact steps to reproduce the issue. It could have happened because of a bundle upload or something.

There is an icon for the subject_type, verified it via db.

SET ROLE gdgs24uat;

SELECT icon_file_s3_key 
FROM subject_type st 
WHERE id = 13;

Even on the search of DEA, the icons don't appear. Just the name of the icon appears, followed by the subject_type.

Analysis:

Not working on 12.0 mobile app and Data Entry App as well

Some icons in gdgs24uat are pointed to paths within gdgsgom folder on s3 to which gdgs24uat users don't have access. The subject type icons can be reuploaded to fix this.

Fixed for gdgs24uat by reuploading the icons.

Search filter screen still has icons not rendering. Taqi is checking why.

@1t5j0y gdgsgom mobile app also had issue, but in subject type page and DEA search results it displayed the icons. Not sure how.

Android Client - Was unable to simulate this on client versions 7.3 and 12. Also tested upgrade scenario from 7.3 to 12.
Webapp - Fixed on DEA search page. DEA 'search results' page already showed the icon correctly.
