Web app breaks because glific configuration has been set up. #1430

Describe the bug
On trying to access subjects via the web app, the app breaks with the error "Cannot read properties of null reading body"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any organisation that has glific configured
Open subjectType that has messaging rules written
See error
(The SS has been taken from the org:gdgsgom(rwb infra), and the error occurs on trying to open any excavating machine on the web app)

On disabling the toggle for "Enable messaging" in the organization config, the app doesn't break.

Expected behavior
At least the app should not break
