Not able to fill the work order encounter on RWB in prerelease ..
While filling the Encounter : Work order daily Recording - Machine
the search of Excavating Machine *
it is not showing the dropdown

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login with mahanew@rwb24uat
2. then fill the workorder
3. then fill the encounter of work order daily recording machine
4. the search of Excavating Machine *
5. is not working

@AchalaBelokar In one of the recent releases, we have made the enabling of Search mandatory for it work(which we should ve not done, but its already done and thats how it works now). In some future release we will make this more intuitive - and there is a card for it. So closing this.
