Describe the bug
Web Assignment tab taking long time to load
Loading time of task assignment screen is 2.1 min which is very long
where production it is 10.67sc

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login with dinesh@lahi
2. Click on assignment tab
3. it is taking 2.1 min

Expected behavior
performance need to improve

it took like 30 secs in prod - this is not regression since we didnt work in this area and the org in focus is not actively using our app, so moving this to later release.
