RWB release 10.2.1 to staging

Need:

To be able to release 12.0 in future, good to release this ahead to know any issues ahead.

As is:

Currently 9.4.0 server, webapp, ETL, media is in prod, and 7.3.1 mobile app is in prod.

AC:

Predeployment:

• Ensure avni-infra vars are already updated to include reporting env vars - Hardcoded reporting urls in home page avni-webapp#1140
• Fix to resolve the dbRole access issues already present for all openchs tables will be done by executing https://github.com/avniproject/data-fixes/blob/main/all/recreate_db_user.sql
• ETL should be stopped before deploying avni-server. ETL should be started after avni-server start. In other words ETL should not with old ETL code and new avni-server db schema.
• No need to update release notes
• Do not add any environment variables for Metabase Canned reports setup to work in prod - We dont want it to work
• set AVNI_ENDPOINT_END_OF_LIFE_1 env variable to the date from which the report card related entities should not be synced for RWB staging env, in prod_vars.yaml file
• Applied Data-fix mentioned Some bundle uploads without change can still update report cards avni-server#804 (comment) => https://github.com/avniproject/data-fixes/blob/main/all/dueChecklistStfRCInputReset.sql

Deployment:

• Needful to upgrade postgres - Card link
• Release server, webapp, client, rules-server, ETL, media and integration-service of 10.2.1 to RWB staging.
• Inform Maha once the above is done

Post-deployment:

• Update report card colours if needed - Report card colors to be updated avni-client#1431
• Update release tracker
• Merging and tagging if any applicable
• Reset ForwardToSyslog value (temporarily changed in Remove access logs older than 3 months avni-infra#45 )
  -- set ForwardToSyslog=yes in /etc/systemd/journald.conf and comment the line (We are restoring the file to original contents. default is yes)
  -- sudo systemctl restart systemd-journald
  -- verify app logs are being written to syslog - tail -f /var/log/syslog

Already Done on RWB staging but not on RWB Prod:

-- DB Cleanup as part of release deploy - on RWB staging done. Make use of avniproject/avni-server#679 card to clean up old backup tables in data-fixes repo, dropprodtemptables-avni-server679.sql file
-- Script to delete duplicate privileges: avniproject/avni-server#746 - on RWB staging done
-- updated staging load balancer rules to route traffic to ETL service.

Analysis notes:

Not applicable for RWB env:

• there are duplicate report cards with same name error on server, invoke this sql script

avni-int is deployed from branch 12.0 for testing of new changes.

1. Report cards import from old version to new version is failing. Implementors are already working on RWB prod old version. So import into new organisation if we have done the latest deployment will fail - To avoid this, delete all the default report cards and dashboard that gets created in the prod RWB org - cc: @AchalaBelokar have mentioned the resolution for issue raised by you here and the steps need to be taken.
