Why is there no binary for the inexperienced users?
(When others see the benefits of using RDM I am often asked about the program and where to get this.)
It is not too difficult to provide a binary from the sources. And if there are many (for every change) or only a few (for every pull request) versions, it doesn't matter, as long as you declare them as "beta" or "at your own risk" everything is clear.
Of course I have a link to make my compilation available to friends and relatives. But as a competitor to the project here, it makes no sense to offer my links publicly. The binaries should be offered here!
((btw: a binary today should support (2022/02) MacOS 10.13 - x.x...))

This repository has been abandoned by the creator. I have compiled the latest version as universal binary with support for both Intel and M1/M2 processors:
A-Hoi!
Many thanks for this work... but it looks like there is a small bug inside. Many/some resolutions are double... and I can not switch to the versions with the lightning behind???
e.g. I will use a resolution with the 2560x1440 and the are two line in the menu, one with and one without the lightning. The one without lightning is selected... but I can not switch to the line with lightning behind. What are the differences and why can I not switch?
The same when I want to change the resolution, when I select e.g. 2048x1152, only the line without lightning is working and changing the resolution?
Resolutions with only one line and lightning behind are not working.
I attach the menu I see on one mac:
Only the lines without lightning are working.
Cheers...
