Issue with .d.ts file

Tried to use the .d.ts using typings but it won't compile - doesn't recognize velocity-animate module.

import velocity from 'velocity-animate';

I tried to include the velocity-animate.d.ts file in the project but the file does not include a declaration of the module - only extensions to JQuery.

There is no particular reason to include the line above - suggest removing it.
