It looks like you lack of time now and there is no code changes for two years.
When I first found the EtherCalc I thought that it's comewhat related to EtherPad simply because they are sharing similar names and adjustment products. And users are often use them simultaneously #630

The EtherPad is developed by the @ether so maybe you can collaborate with them. So maybe their developers will maintain the EtherCalc and review PRs.
You can transfer the repo and all users will be redirected to the new locaction.
