Describe the bug

here is a bug in the Artela faucet where users can claim tokens multiple times using newly created wallets. This allows users to obtain excessive amounts of tokens by creating multiple wallets and claiming from the faucet repeatedly.

To reproduce

1. Go to Artela Faucet https://artela-faucet-prod.vercel.app/?taskId=1

2. Create a new wallet.

3. Click on the "Claim" button to get tokens.

4. Repeat the process with different wallets.

5. See that you can claim tokens repeatedly without any limits.

Expected behavior

I expect that the faucet should only allow users to claim tokens once per wallet or should implement a limit to prevent repeated claims from the same user.
