Hi, I updated to the latest version using conda, but when I rerun the example lovis4u -gff lovis4u_data/guide/gff_files , I found that no colors were assigned. I have downloaded the HMM data lovis4u --get-hmms.

Hi! Could you try to install the pypi version instead of conda (it's not the latest version in conda) to see if the issue remains.

I have tried pypi and conda and tested them on two different servers, and both have this issue.

Yes, you're absolutely right.. It's a bug due to a recent update affecting group types.
Thank you very much for the report. I'll release the 0.1.3 version now where it's fixed.
