Refractor the about/team pages #67

Currently the about/team page is cluttered. In order to reduce this clutter only PGs should be shown, unless some expandable element is extended. For the time being, host should not be shown at all.

First step is to filter only PGs, this can be accomplished by looking at role they have.

Once this is done, re add the ability to show OTs for each of the parts of armada in dropdowns or tabs.
