Is anybody else getting rate limited when building a custom image? How to fix?

I'm getting this error when trying to run make image with Ubuntu 22 as a base:

First time this happens to me. Was there a change in go ecosystem or is it not a generic configuration? Do you know how to move forward? Thanks.

Ah, it was due to using Cloudflare Warp. After disabling, things started to work again.
