Onboarding: indicate that the client is waiting for a signature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I confirm the details and launch my organization, I just see a circle next to "create organization" but no other indication that the client is waiting for me to do something, no clear action prompt.

Describe the solution you'd like
Some message like "waiting for signature" and perhaps an animation of some short indicating "waiting" would be a helpful visual cue that I should check Frame or MetaMask if I missed the popup.
