Allow for the scanner json output to be retained

Currently the json output files that are stored in the SCANNER_AQUA_REPORTS_DIR directory are deleted immediately after the scan, as they are considered temporary.
Please allow for an option to keep these files, as they are needed when you want to import the scan results into a different Aqua instance using the scannercli's import command.
