Add the paged pagination

Description

Currently there is only a simple cursor, next / previous pagination scheme in the system. It's not very user friendly and in most of the cases there is a need to show how many pages there is, go to specific page or change the number of visible rows.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement pagination scheme that will allow to show standard pagination options.
There is already nice example of this solution which we could reuse:
