In the pre-existing GitHub issues I've noted a couple different points raised about this new update of the GIS chapter.
Predominantly, there is mention of point sampling and population estimation which may overlap between the existing GIS chapter, and the development of a new chapter on sampling.
Is this new chapter on sampling ready for integration with the main document, and which of these issues would you like included in the GIS chapter for this latest version?
sampling chapter isnt ready yet - so think just need to make sure using the same packages in the book and the GIS course for: point density [heatmaps] and for tiles, check with @jarvisc1.
Sampling and pop est can be added in next version
