I did the steps which are described to setup the Appium for mac but still, it is not working.
Can somebody help me to get out of it?
Mac Version: 10.14.6 (18G87)

When you are firstly starting the app it blocks you from running it. When that happens go to settings > security & privacy in there you should see the blocked app. After allowing said app (including the steps outlined in the readme) the app should now be able to start. Hope that helps
