Implement a quickstart for OEV searching

After a basic overview is given about OEV, there should be a page explaining how run the bot. In the previous version of the docs, there was the searcher starter, which walked the user through the auction steps. In the new docs, it should be focused around the example bot that should be run against an existing dApp (to avoid the need to explain its details).

The steps how to do the quickstart should be explain in detail in the repo, because it's annoying when the user has to switch from CLI/editor to the docs to read the instructions.
