mod_pagespeed and mod_ruid2 aren't compatible; is there a way we can make the cpanel install script refuse to install them together? On Apache Module: ModRuid2 it lists a bunch of other incompatible modules and how choosing both of them gets resolved.

@jeffkaufman Yes, it is possible in both EA3 and EA4.

Will send you a PR once I complete the testing.
