This is a troubleshooting discussion for your case not Airlfow issue (at least until you find a real bug in Airflow). Please open a discussion in such cases (as being advised when you open the issue). I think if you need help from others, you likely need to describe more - what logs you see when you try to connect, describe how you are running ingress or other way of directing yoru traffic etc. etc. You should track down how your proxy is configure and trace the request "lifecycle" - what hapens at each stage. And do some more investigation - this is what I would do if I were you at least. Then if you have logs and can show that at some stage things are behaving unexpectedly and you cannot find a good explanation, coming here with the logs and pointing out where things go wrong would be how I'd ask for help and increase likelihood that I will get help to solve my deployment issue. Just a helpful advice (I have not enough data now to help you unfortunately) |

What happened
I have deployed Airflow using the helm chart. When checking on the pods, all pods seem to be running fine, including webserver. When I try to use base_url: https://users.*******.co.za/user1 to access airflow, I get the airflow 404 page. And when I use the AIRFLOW__WEBSERVER__BASE_URL: http://localhost:8080/user1, no page shows up. This is the error I keep getting.
What you think should happen instead
Be able to access Airflow using the base_url: https://users.*******.co.za/user1
