Denoting distance_host_fixed in the combined tables

Some systems do not have an independent distance measurement and are considered to be located at their host galaxy's distance (mostly dwarf galaxy candidates beyond ~3 Mpc or globular clusters beyond ~1 Mpc).
These systems inherit their host galaxy's distance measurement including the errors and citation.
This is not denoted in the combined tables and should be. In addition, the errors for these systems are unrealistic.
