[Rink] Converting <1€ in foreign currency converts to "millieuro" instead of decimal euro #131

Currently, if you try to convert $1 to euro, the rink plugin will display the conversion as "922.53663" "millieuros" instead of the correct 0.92€.

afaik you should put this issue in the corresponding plugin repo
