Saved windows with locally saved PDF files cannot be reloaded.

If I open a bunch of tabs in my browser with PDF files which are locally saved on my computer, I can save the window as I normally do. But if I ever close and try to reload this saved window, nothing happens, Tabli and the browser simply do not respond. I tried it with Google Chrome and Brave and observed the same behavior on both browsers on Windows and Linux.

I can go around Tabli and open all the bookmarks saved for the corresponding window. But as I do so, Tabli considers this as a new un-saved window, different from the saved window which I can't load. So if I ever want to edit the window, I need to overwrite the non-loaded window.
