Currently, the version of Prospero/JIM is hard coded in the collection. However, the collection (downstream) simply retrieve the latest version available from the CSP. I would probably be easier to maintain if the version of prospero used by the playbook was set by Ansible, from the metadata provided by the JBoss Network API.
