collections that haven't been released for some time (e.g. for the last 2 months), a web
page maybe with a table and collections marked green means released regularly, blue means
generally ok, red means hasn't been released for a long time or something. The table could
also contain fields with last major/minor/fix release dates (if it's possible to track).

This will need some analysis of release patterns within a collection, since collections have different release cadences

We can get some info this from Galaxy API - eg https://galaxy.ansible.com/api/internal/ui/repo-or-collection-detail/?namespace=community&name=general

I'll try to get this added to the official API, but for now it'll do. Thanks to @felixfontein for the pointer!
