A lot of the detail in the README should be ported to the documentation, including details about getting started, installation, configuration, and contributing.

We could look into https://github.com/norwoodj/helm-docs to generate markdown containing the helm values. Not sure of the format of the destination documentation

Also, much of the documentation already exists on the main awx-operator repo, and would be useful to have here as well
