Enabler description

This issue belongs to [Epic] [Documentation] Finalize collections documentation to align with the latest prototype. .

This is will aim to adopt the prototype to the ibm_zos_core collection. Last year, efforts were made to reorganize and change the flow of the documentation based on usability studies. This issue will shuffle the files, rename as needed, merge and divide files to fit the new template found in the branch
