Incompatibility with elasticsearch versions >=6.x #30

As the moskito-central sends every producer statistics trough the same index identifier to elasticsearch, and versions above 6.x only support 1 type per index, moskito is only able to send 1 producer, and the rest of them keep returning the error:
"Unable to create index with more that 1 type in 6.x"
