[FEATURE] Display past and upcoming events without Meetup

Not all groups want to use Meetup to manage their events. We need to provide groups with a basic, easy to use way to post events.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Angular Seattle site has a solution that would work well for a mvp of this feature. Essentially we would want to move the functionality provided by https://github.com/angular-seattle/angular-seattle/tree/master/projects/state/event into it's own schematic and add it to the ng add
