hmmm...installed from marketplace but nothing changed... #215

I installed AngularJS into Eclipse Kepler SR2 via its Marketplace menu, but after restarting Eclipse a couple of times, nothing seems different...i.e. no special editors/views/perspectives.
When I add "ng-app" to an html tag, there is no suggestion text nor documentation popup as shown in the screen shot here: http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/angularjs-eclipse#group-screenshots

What gives?
