Testing and mocking with aisuite

Hello,

Thanks for working on this amazing library. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to add some capabilities to mock the models so as to make testing of the aisuite users can be made easier. The users can have the flexibility to either mock an API and return their expected output and aisuite can generate some random testing output.
This will help the users to easily test if their code is doing good API wise (like integration tests) and not actually testing the results.
