Describe the feature

As a part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the security and code quality of our Flutter app, i would like to set up CodeQL analysis for our Dart codebase. CodeQL is a powerful static analysis tool developed by GitHub that can help us identify potential bugs, security vulnerabilities, and other code quality issues in our code.

Objective:
The main goal of this task is to configure CodeQL analysis specifically for our OpSo repository. By doing so, we can automatically scan our Dart code and gain valuable insights into the overall health and security of our application.
