The function “Applications from the list should not work via VPN” does not work, for example, I add Google Chrome - I look through the site 2ip.ru and the tunnel does not work.

Sorry, not a solution but a question regarding your system.
Does the Amnezia client generally work for ARM on Windows, if we put aside split tunneling? (I am planning to get an arm64 based laptop and wondering if Amnezia works on it?)
