Add to Winget

This is a great program and it would be awesome for it to automatically update through WinGet. It should be pretty easy to do; you just add the winget submission Action to your Github Workflow when publishing a new release using the Winget-Releaser template

note: If the -silent install parameter isn't working on Windows, as #459 suggests, that may need to fixed first.
