I've tried different versions, but I haven't found a working one that needs to be used for windows 7 64 to work correctly?

Windows 7 has long since expired its support period. Many developers have stopped supporting Windows 7 versions.

It's worth upgrading to Windows 10 or trying Linux (I can recommend Fedora).

If it is not possible to switch, then try installing the application on your phone, configuring the server and finding another VPN client for the protocol you need for Windows 7. Export the config in the original format for this protocol and connect
