Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to be able to fetch (strongly typed) option contracts via the alpaca client.
e.g.

const contracts = await alpaca.getOptions(["AAPL","TSLA"])

https://docs.alpaca.markets/docs/options-trading#fetch-contracts

At the moment the calls in rest_v2.ts all call /v1beta1/options/...
