Playback notification has no rewind button

Steps to reproduce

In settings under "General - Set Compact Notification Buttons" I picked "Rewind" and "Fast forward".
The playback notification only shows pause and fast forward in both compact and expanded mode.
Restarting or reinstalling the app didn't work.

Expected behaviour

Show both rewind and forward buttons in the playback notification.

Current behaviour

The playback notification only shows pause and fast forward in both compact and expanded mode.
