Describe the bug
For a few weeks now I keep on getting this error message when I ping the bot in a comment under any PRs:

We had trouble processing your request. Please try again later.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to feat(app): add hamburger button typeofweb-org/devfaq#378
See my comment feat(app): add hamburger button typeofweb-org/devfaq#378 (comment)
See the error response feat(app): add hamburger button typeofweb-org/devfaq#378 (comment)

Expected behavior
No errors.
