add MarkedJsExtra features and How does settings work

MarkedJS-Extra features a lot of extra things that MarkedJS, adding footnotes, definitions and checkboxes that are in GFM that is not present currently in the main MarkedJS. Is there a way to add them in the current build?

It has a flag, extra, that is defined when it's used. After setting it, you can use those extra features.

Lastly, how does settings work? I like that it's easy to implement by default, but I want to use breaks, is there a way to do that?
