When I run the metrics profiler on one of my projects, I get this error:

WARNING The src directory could not be found.
SEVERE Error. Couldn't perform the measurements, due to the exception.

The source directory of this specific project is called 'source', not 'src'. I must specify that this project is a legacy Eclipse project that is still opened in Eclipse by other team members, so I cannot change the directory structure of the project.
