Summary

Easter is a good time to review the project strategy. This issue is to include updated OLS materials which can be added to this repo to help make strategic decisions and plan out the next phases of the project.

Details

There are a number of useful resources for strategic, open project management. These could all be updated and added as a PR to this repo.

Who can help

This task requires in-depth strategic thinking, so best to have project knowledge and some experience of open source research/project management/community management. Anyone is welcome to comment or make suggestion!
