Mail-System-For-Sending-B-day-Wishes

This is a mailer system, which sends b'day wishes mail to all the person whose DOB is the today's date. Special Case: This mailer system also sends b'day wishes on 28 FEB,to those, whose DOB is 29 FEB and current year is not leap year.
