Will aioodbc support fast_executemany method ?

property on pyodbc cursor? If so should be trivial to add.

AttributeError: 'AsyncAdapt_aioodbc_cursor' object has no attribute 'fast_executemany'

So far we can use this workaround to enable fast_executemany

cursor._impl.fast_executemany = True
