double check sex ratio calcs for biomass reference points

I re-compiled and re-ran the model using spm.tpl from /src. Everything looked reasonable except for the biomass-based reference points (labeled SSBF100, SSBFabc, and SSBFofl in percentdb.out), which appear to be about double what came out of an older version of main.exe. Suspect that a divide-by-two based on a two-sex model is not happening for these calculations. Please verify and correct if so.
