F_report is no longer a part of this output coming from r4ss::SSgetoutput - on my local machine i changed this to maxF_1 which seemed to look like the closest value to what F_report has been in the past

What version of r4ss are you using?

This was a change in column names in r4ss from F_report to F_std. It should work now for either version of r4ss.
