V3 Support

Can you please make this plugin compatible to v3 api?. I believe v2 is not supported from TAS version 4.0

@rv2023 going to be fully honest with you, it'll be a couple months at least. I don't have access to a Cloud Foundry deployment to test against anymore. I can spin up my own CF deployment locally, but that'd take a few days to figure out, and with the holidays on us I don't know if I could get it done soon. I'll try to get it updated eventually but I'm guessing this is something you need sooner rather than later, so "a couple months from now" probably isn't helpful. Sorry friend, just being fully honest.

We've found this useful at Cloud.gov, and with V2 going out, v3 would be needed.
