Times of type checking std

This is with hooo-meta_cache.bin, because I want to measure type checking performance, not parsing.

Notice that the standard library is increasing significantly in size over time.
The numbers here are not indicators that type checking gets slower.
They are just used to ensure that type checking performance does not regress significantly.
