Description
v7 advertisement dialog does not appear on Safari when v7 was not installed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install extension
Go to project folder
Click on extension button

Expected behavior
"Introducing the new AEM Sidekick" dialog is displayed on Safari
