Switch Light/Dark Mode button disappears when it is in Dark Mode

Description

When we click on the dark mode button and the home pages switches to dark mode, The toggle button goes disappears due to non-functionality of css.

Steps to Reproduce

Enchance css of header file

Expected Behavior

Improved CSS for the toggle button when it is in dark mode

Actual Behavior

No response
