Theme toggle Icon doesn't appear in dark mode also Navbar and Language icon doesn't reflect to dark mode changes

Description

the toggle icon disppears when we select dark mode and navbar doesn't change its theme accordingly

Steps to Reproduce

click on theme toggle to select dark mode
the icon disppears

Expected Behavior

icon should be visible in dark mode

Actual Behavior

No response
